These can happen almost anywhere where the public have access to and due to different circumstances. Some examples are listed below:
  • Wet floors
  • Uneven pavements
  • Obstacles on the floor
  • Poor maintenance
Organisations such as the Council have a duty to make sure that their land is in a good condition and properly maintained. Places such as supermarkets need to make sure you are safe whilst on their premises and schools need to make sure your children are in a safe environment.
