Paul Gasgoine has been injured in a road traffic accident in which he was a passenger in a vehicle which left the road and collided with a lamp-post then in to the stone pillars by Newcastle guildhall. Pictures shown from the accident scene show Paul Gasgoine with a pool of blood around him.

Maclaren the company which makes pushcairs has agreed to compensation children whose fingers were trapped and injured in their pushchairs.
Maclaren had recalled the pushchairs in the United States and has now agreed to compensate the approximate 50 familaies whose children have had their fingers injured. They have also agreed to deal with claims which are yet to be presented. Injuries include amoutation and skin grafts.

A tragic accident has occured near Kidderminster on the A451. Where an Elderly couple were both killed after their vehicle collided with a vehicle driving down the A451. In total 5 vehicles were involved in the accident.

An accident has occured on the 26th April 2010 at Recresco Ltd where a fork lift truck fell on to a 25 year old man causing him to be killed.
Cheshire Police stated “At 10.50am this morning, Cheshire Police and other emergency services were informed of an industrial incident that had taken place at a business premises on North Road, Ellesmere Port."
"A 25 year old male employee received fatal injuries when he was involved in an incident with a forklift vehicle on the premises. The deceased's next of kin have been informed and Cheshire Police have liaised with the Health and Safety Executive and HM Coroner."

3 people were seriously injured and a further 11 injuries occurred after a car driver lost control of his vehicle. The car accident occurred on the 16th April during a busy market day. As a result of the car accident a lady was trapped under the car for over an hour until she was freed. To assist all the injuries ambulances came from Wolverhampton, Telford and Dudley. Fire Appliances attended from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Tweedale and Wellington.
